Located on the top floor of a rationalist building in the heart of Elche, this renovated 110 m² penthouse organizes its functional layout along a north- and east-facing façade, ensuring optimal natural light throughout the day. The intervention is defined by a restrained design language, where the use of neutral materials—large-format porcelain flooring, aluminum joinery, and natural wood textures—enhances visual continuity and ambient warmth.
